I don't have a comparative analysis. I'm just asking you which platform would you prefer to get an artists' wares.
Which platform has helped you get the most sales? Which one do you like the best? And why?

Tpp bad - leaving when I just hunted you down from your blog - six days with Manga Studio - or something like that. Wanted to tell you that in CSP/MS5 the default shortcut key to CROP is "Z". 
I'm in my first week of transition from PS and, like you, I really like the program. But the instructional demos could be better - japanese with English subtitles . . . knowing what they're saying still leaves a long way to go to knowing what they mean. "Just wanted to share this pen touch with you." LOL
